Host Ivory Coast has set up a final game against Nigeria’s Super Eagles on Sunday.
The Elephant defeated the Leopard of DR Congo by 1-0 l via Sebastian Haller’s volley.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria defeated Ivory Coast 1-0 in the second group match and the host reached the round of 16 as one of the best losers in the competition.
Earlier, Nigeria defeated South Africa 4-2 on Penalty to reach the final for the first time since 2013 after the regulation time ended in a 1-1 draw.
The final game is fixed for Sunday at the Alassane Quatarra Stadium in Abidjan but the third place final will be played on Saturday between South Africa and DR Congo.
