The Falcons of Sao Tome & Principe have arrived in Uyo for Sunday’s 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against the Super Eagles, Abbeylivenetwork.com reports.
Players and officials landed at Victor Attah International Airport, Uyo this afternoon.
Members of the Nigeria Football Federation protocol department received the delegation upon their arrival.
Three-time African champions Super Eagles will entertain the Falcons Of Sao Tome & Principe at the Godswill Akapabio international Stadium, Uyo.
Head coach, Adriano Eusébio, had named 23 players for the two legged match encounter against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
It should be noted that the second game ever between the two countries, where in the first, the São Tomé team was beaten 10-0, will be at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.
