According to reports, Nigeria international, Daniel Akpeyi has now found employment in the DStv Premiership following his exit from Kaizer Chiefs, Abbeylivenetwork.com gathered.
Kaizer Chiefs fans often love their goalkeepers to bits, and Daniel Akpeyi was no stranger to the affection. The 36-year-old Nigerian has now moved on with his career within the DStv Premiership.
Akpeyi has been without a club since he was released from Kaizer Chiefs in July. However, the 36-year-old shot-stopper revealed that he has been training alone whilst waiting for the best offer.
Interestingly, the last PSL game the goalkeeper featured was against Sekhukhune on May 14, 2022.
The former Warri Wolves keeper has signed on the dotted line on a one year contract offered by Sekhukhune United.
Sekhuhune United currently occupy 14th position on the South Africa Premier League table with six points from seven games.
