Arsenal end their losing streak in spectacular fashion with a commanding 5-0 victory over Crystal Palace.

Gabriel Magalhaes nodded the Gunners ahead in the 11th minute, while his header deflected in off Dean Henderson eight minutes before half-time.

Leandro Trossard ended his 10-match goal drought just before the hour mark, while substitute Gabriel Martinelli struck twice in stoppage time to seal the rout.

Both sides return to Premier League action in 10 days’ time with Arsenal looking to build on their momentum away at Nottingham Forest.

As for Palace, who have now suffered seven defeats in 12 games, they will desperately seek a response at home to Sheffield United.
