The Blood and Gold lost the first leg 2-1 at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja last Sunday.
The Tunisians will need to score at least two goals without conceding to seal a place in the money- spinning group stage of the competition.
Meanwhile, Ben Romdhane has returned to the squad after missing the first leg as a result of injury.
Key defender, Houssem Daghoug left Thursday’s training session early as a result of a minor strain but he is expected to be fit for the game.
