The President General of the Nigeria Football Supporters club has taken a swipe at the way FIFA and the LOC have handled the movement of fans going to kaliningrad to support their teams.
He lamented on why the travelling fans will need a transit visa to watch their team play in a World Cup within Russia if they have to travel by road. The journey involve travelling through Lithuania and a transit visa will be needed.
