Nigeria’s representative, Edo Queens, have been drawn in Group B alongside Hassaascas Ladies (Ghana), Omnisport Etincelle (Burkina Faso), and AS Garde Nationale (Niger) for the 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League WAFU-B Qualifiers.
The qualifiers, which will determine the teams that advance to the main tournament, will feature seven teams divided into two groups. Group A consists of FC Inter D’Abidjan (Cote D’Ivoire), Ainonvi FC (Benin Republic), and AS Kozah (Togo).
Edo Queens, Nigeria’s flagship team in the competition, will face stiff competition from their Group B opponents. Hassaascas Ladies, the Ghanaian champions, will be a formidable foe, while Omnisport Etincelle and AS Garde Nationale will also pose significant challenges.
