Alex Iwobi was named Man of the Match following Everton’s 1-0 home win against Arsenal at the Goodison Park on Sunday, Abbeylivenetwork.com reports.
Iwobi set up Neal Maupay for the hosts winning goal in the second half of the encounter.
The 26-year-old has now assisted three of Everton’s last four goals in all competitions.
The win was Everton’s first in six Premier League outings this season.
In his post-match conference, the former Arsenal man, who joined The Toffees in 2019, hinted at Lampard’s impact on his career.
“I’ve always had the mindset that I can try to prove people wrong. The manager has given me faith to do so, and how to express myself as I always do in training.”
