The London Stadium in West London has a new sheriff in town. The Hammers, who have had a rollercoaster campaign under David Moyes have now appointed former Spanish National Team manager, Julen Lopetegui.
The Spanish tactician had brief spells with Real Madrid and Wolverhampton Wanderers, and now has decided to return to another English team in the EPL. Known for his direct style of play and possession based football, it is safe to say that the London based team are in for an interesting style of football going into next season.
With the calibre of players and the right addition of some technical players, Westham will be in pole position for a top half finish in the EPL. With Lopetegui’s style of play and especially possession based football, Westham have a gem on their hands.
