The Nigeria Premier Football League Board has announced the rearrangement of fixtures for the 2023–2024 season, Abbeylivenetwork.com gathered.
According to a statement by the Chief Operating Officer of the League, Davidson Owumi the match which was earlier scheduled to be played on Sunday, October, 8 2023 will now be played on Saturday October, 7, 2023.
The Statement said the game was re- arranged due to commercial and broadcast reasons.
The League Management then requested all stakeholders involved in the match to take note of the new arrangement and give maximum cooperation to all the officials involved in the game as well as ensure that all necessary logistics are put in place for a hitch free match.
From Owumi’s clarification, more match day 2 games may have been rescheduled for either Friday or Saturday, which he failed to disclose upon probing.
