A date has been confirmed for the highly anticipated International friendly match between Nigeria and World Champions Argentina.
According to the organizer of the game, Nigeria will face Argentina on March 26, 2024 in Los Angeles, CA.
The Super Eagles were initially scheduled to play La Albiceleste at the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Centre in China. However, the match was cancelled due to some controversy surrounding Lionel Messi.
After some negotiations, Nigeria and Argentina will still go up against each other in March, as the Super Eagles prepare for their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying games against South Africa and Benin Republic.
