Morocco continues to lead the way on the continent, followed by Senegal, Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt as the top five African teams. Beyond the continent, reigning world champions Argentina remained atop the overall rankings, with France, Brazil, England and Belgium completing the leading five.
Further down the table, a number of teams made progress. Austria climbed four places to 25th, while Hungary also rose four spots to 32nd. In African movements, Mali and Ivory Coast both climbed up two positions to 49th and 50th respectively.
The biggest drops saw Northern Ireland tumble 10 places to 74th after away losses to Slovenia and Kazakhstan. Belarus dropped seven spots to 105th and out of the top 100, replaced by Trinidad and Tobago, Mauritania and Kazakhstan.
