UEFA on Thursday included Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah and Real Madrid’s Antonio Rudiger, among others, in the Champions League team of this week, Abbeylivenetwork.com understand.
UEFA released the Champions League team in a post via its website, Thursday after the group stage match-day four fixtures concluded on Wednesday night.
Salah and Rudiger were impressive for their respective clubs against Rangers and Shakhtar Donetsk.
Salah scored a hat-trick in Liverpool’s 7-1 win over Rangers on Wednesday, while Rudiger scored a late equalizer in Real Madrid’s 1-1 draw with Shakhtar Donetsk on Tuesday night.
