Nigeria’s Super Falcons will begin their qualification campaign in the 2024 Women Africa Cup of Nations qualification campaign with a Second round fixtures against Cape Verde women national team, Abbeylivenetwork.com reports.
The second round of qualifiers for the 2024 WAFCON is scheduled to take place from November 27th to December 5th.
It could be recalled that São Tomé & Príncipe pulled out in what could have been the first time Nigeria have to play back-to-back with the same country in both men’s and women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
A total of 42 nations are involved in the journey to Morocco 2024 with 24 countries qualifying for the biannual showpiece, while South Africa (Bayana Bayana) are the defending champions.
